Firstly, He was working as an assistant at The Cathedral of Civil Law of Lodz University, after that from 1976 for 1996 as the tutor.

He finished the judicial apprentication in 1980 at Provincial Court in Lodz and he passed the judicial examination with very good result.

He finished the lawyer apprentication in 1989 at the Regional Lawyer Council in Lodz and he passed the lawyer examination at the Regional Lawyer Council in Warsaw with very good result

He was the member of The State Council for Nature Conservation in 1990-1992.

He has been working as a lawyer in the Lawyer House in Lodz since 1989.

He specializes in civil law, particularly in lawsuits from range of civil liability, agreements, protection of intellectual ownership (protection of personal goods, copyright, press-right, protection before unfair competition, protection of trademarks).

In 2004 the newspaper "Rzeczpospolita" granted him the title of the leader of law services in the range of law of industrial and intellectual ownership.
