He finished the law studies at Lodz University in 1976. Mr Kasprzyk graduated MSc degree at the Cathedral of Civil Law under direction of Professor Mrs. Biruta Lewaszkiewicz-Petrykowska with very good result.

He graduated PhD degree at Lodz University in 1985 in the field of civil liability . The promoter of the work was Professor Biruta Lewaszkiewicz-Petrykowska. The Professors Adam Szpunar and Jerzy Ignatowicz were reviewers of the work.

He is the author of several publications in domain of material civil law. He led tutorials, lectures and seminars from civil law at the Law and Administration Faculty of Lodz University. He was scholarship holder of Oxford University in 1990 and in Grenoble University 1993
